Khan also reflected on the team’s recent performance trends, contrasting the current state with a remarkable victory over India just two and a half years ago. “For the first time, we (Pakistan) didn’t make it to the top four in World Cup or top eight in T20. And yesterday, we faced an embarrassing defeat against Bangladesh, setting a new low,” Khan said. He placed the blame squarely on PCB, accusing the institution of undermining sports development in Pakistan.
