World leaders Congratulated Sheikh Hasina on Election Victory

After landslide victory in December 30 election world leaders welcomed Sheikh Hasina in her third term in office . Chinese President Xi
Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang , Russian president Vladimer Putin , Indian Premier Narendra Modi,Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the crown prince , Iranian president Ruhani congratulated Sheikh Hasina on her party’s victory in the 11th parliamentary elections.

Chinese Ambassador in Dhaka Zhang Zuo handed over the congratulatory
messages of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang to
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her official Ganabhaban residence here this
afternoon,”

The ambassador highly appreciated Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s leadership for development of Bangladesh and hoped that her Vision-2021 will be materialised and the country will be turned into a middle income country by 2021 under her dynamic leadership

Saudi Arabia

The Saudi King sent a message congratulating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on securing her party’s absolute majority in the national elections held on Sunday,” PM’s Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim told BSS.

In the message, he said, King Salman wished success of the prime minister as well as steady progress and prosperity for the people of Bangladesh.
